The gorge was made accessible to the public in 1875 thanks to a generous donation by Prince Johannes II of Liechtenstein. Sturdy boots and warm clothes are recommended for a hike through the gorge.
Opening hours:
from 01 May to 30 September 2010: daily 8am to 6pm (last entrance: 6pm); 1 to probably end of October 2010: daily 9am to 4pm (last entrance: 4pm).
2010 Admission Fees:
Adults: Euro 4 (groups or guest card holders: Euro 3.5 per person)
Youths until 18 years: Euro 2.5 (groups or guest card holders: Euro 2.2)
Children up to 6 years are free
The Liechtenstein gorge in torchlight will be on 03 August 2010.
