The Alpendorf Play Paradise is large area for kids featuring the “Schnauferl” toy train, swings, a cable car, a carousel, a mini race course, a petting zoo, pony riding, a giant jumping mat, boats, mini golf and much, much more.
The extensive summer program of the "Alpendorf Active Club" ensures diverse and entertaining holidays for the whole family! While many of the activity programs are offered free of charge for guests staying in Sankt Johann-Alpendorf, a small fee is charged for others.
The activity program changes with the season and depends on the weather as well as the number of participants. Detailed information is posted in the "Alpendorf Post” or just ask your host about what’s going on where and when.

NEW: Spooky Mountain – the event park on the Gernkogel Mountain (1.767 m over sea level). With beautiful panoramic view the whole family can find different sights and attractions – different ghost-areas (water-, air-, fire- and earth-ghosts), "ghostly" hiking trails around the Gernkogel, water games, giant slides, climbing towers, waterfalls, mills … You can reach the Ghost Mountain with the Alpendorf cable car and then with the Ghost Train.
