Build in 1301 as charnel house, the cross-barrel vaulted basement, above the altar, is an important wood imagery depicting Heinrich II and his wife Kunigunde (approx. 1530). Crypt with exhibition during summer.

Located between Wagrainer Straße and the parish church, Anna Chapel is the only building of the gothic church ensemble that survived the destructive fire in 1855. The chapel, which dates from 1301, was completely overhauled between 1995-2000. Anna Chapel is the church of the protestant community in Sankt Johann.
